1. License Grant

3. Permitted Use
Subject to these terms, you may:
Parents & Guardians
✅ Download and save purchased resources for personal use.
✅ Print multiple copies for your own children.
✅ Use resources for home learning and educational activities.
Teachers
✅ Print copies for students within your own classroom.
✅ Use materials during classroom instruction.
✅ Use resources for educational activities within your assigned teaching environment.
Homeschool Educators
✅ Use resources for homeschooling purposes.
✅ Print copies for children under your direct supervision.
Schools & Educational Institutions
✅ Use purchased resources within the purchasing classroom or department.
✅ Print copies for educational use as permitted by the purchased license.
4. Prohibited Use
Unless expressly authorized in writing by KidsEasyLearning, you may NOT:
❌ Resell any worksheet, e-book, activity sheet, or digital product.
❌ Share downloaded files with other individuals, schools, organizations, or businesses.
❌ Upload products to websites, marketplaces, social media platforms, cloud storage services, forums, or file-sharing platforms.
❌ Distribute products through WhatsApp groups, Telegram channels, Facebook groups, email lists, or similar platforms.
❌ Modify, rebrand, edit, or remove copyright notices.
❌ Create derivative products for sale or distribution.
❌ Claim ownership of KidsEasyLearning content.
❌ Use products for commercial publishing or resale.
❌ Include our resources in membership sites, subscription platforms, or educational marketplaces.
5. Single User License
Unless otherwise stated, all purchases are issued under a Single User License.
A Single User License permits use only by the individual who purchased or downloaded the product.
The license may not be transferred, shared, sublicensed, or assigned to another person.
6. School and Multi-User Licensing
Schools, coaching centers, educational institutions, tuition centers, and organizations requiring access for multiple educators or departments may require a separate licensing arrangement.
Please contact us before distributing resources beyond a single classroom or user.
7. Copyright Protection
All KidsEasyLearning products are protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Purchasing a product grants a license to use the content but does not transfer ownership.

KidsEasyLearning resources may be created, compiled, adapted, enhanced, or reviewed using a combination of:

Curriculum-based materials
Publicly available references
Internet resources
Technology-assisted content creation tools, including Artificial Intelligence (AI)
Human review and quality assurance processes
Regardless of the methods used during content development, the final educational structure, formatting, design, compilation, branding, review, and presentation remain the intellectual property of KidsEasyLearning.
9. License Violations
Unauthorized copying, sharing, redistribution, resale, reproduction, or commercial use of KidsEasyLearning resources constitutes a violation of these License Terms and may result in:
Immediate termination of access
Revocation of licenses
Refusal of future purchases
Legal action where appropriate
Claims for damages under applicable intellectual property laws
10. Monitoring and Enforcement
KidsEasyLearning reserves the right to investigate suspected misuse, unauthorized distribution, copyright infringement, or violations of these License Terms.
Appropriate action may be taken to protect our intellectual property rights and the interests of our customers.
11. Limitation of License
This license is granted solely for lawful educational purposes.
