Please read this Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before making a purchase.
 


1. Digital Products

Most products offered through KidsEasyLearning are digital products, including but not limited to:

  • Printable Worksheets
  • Worksheet Bundles
  • Educational E-Books
  • Activity Sheets
  • Learning Resources
  • Classroom Materials
  • Downloadable Educational Content

As these products are delivered electronically and become accessible immediately after purchase, special refund conditions apply.
 


2. No Refunds on Downloaded Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally considered final.

Once:
  • A product has been downloaded,
  • Access to the digital resource has been provided,
  • A download link has been delivered,
  • Or the product has been accessed through the website,
we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

This policy helps protect the intellectual property and digital content offered through KidsEasyLearning.
 


3. Eligible Refund Situations

1. Duplicate Payment

Already included.

Example:
  • Customer pays twice for the same order.
  • Same email and contact number.
  • Refund the duplicate transaction.
 
2. Duplicate Product Purchase

Example:
  • Customer accidentally buys the same bundle again after a few days.
  • Same email and phone number.
  • Refund or provide store credit.
 
3. Technical Delivery Failure
Example:
  • Download link not working.
  • File corrupted.
  • Product inaccessible.
  • Support team unable to resolve the issue.
 
4. Wrong Product Delivered

Example:

  • Customer buys “Math Worksheets Bundle”.
  • Receives “General Knowledge Bundle”.

5. Payment Deducted but Product Not Received

Example:

  • Razorpay shows payment successful.
  • Customer does not receive access.
  • System fails to generate download link.
6. Accidental Multiple Bundle Purchase Within 24 Hours
  • Customer buys Bundle A.
  • Purchases Bundle A again within a short period.

You may:
  • Refund the duplicate purchase.
  • Offer store credit.
  • Upgrade them to a larger bundle.
This creates goodwill with parents and teachers.
 


4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be provided in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Accidental purchases made by the customer
  • Failure to read the product description before purchase
  • Lack of software required to open files
  • Customer dissatisfaction with content format or design where the product matches its description
  • Failure to download the product after successful delivery
  • Purchases made during promotional or discounted campaigns unless required by law

 
5. Cancellation Policy

Since digital products are delivered immediately upon successful payment, orders generally cannot be cancelled after purchase.

If access to the product has not yet been provided, cancellation requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

KidsEasyLearning reserves the right to approve or decline cancellation requests at its discretion.
 


6. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please contact us with the following information:

  • Full Name
  • Email Address used for purchase
  • Order Number or Transaction ID
  • Product Name
  • Reason for the refund request

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
 


7. Refund Review and Processing

Once a refund request is received:

Our team will review the request.
Additional information may be requested if necessary.
If approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method.

Approved refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider or bank.
 


8. Failed or Pending Transactions

In cases where a payment is deducted but the order is not completed:

Please allow sufficient time for payment confirmation.
Some transactions may be automatically reversed by the payment provider or bank.
If the issue persists, please contact us with your transaction details.

Our worksheets, activity sheets, e-books, and educational materials may be created, compiled, adapted, or enhanced using a combination of:

  • Educational reference materials
  • Curriculum-based resources
  • Publicly available information
  • Internet research
  • Technology-assisted content creation tools, including Artificial Intelligence (AI)
  • Human review, editing, and quality assurance processes

Every reasonable effort is made to ensure quality and accuracy; however, educational resources are provided for supplementary learning purposes and do not guarantee specific academic outcomes or results.

Refund requests based solely on educational outcomes, learning performance, grades, or examination results will not be eligible for refunds.
